SeaWorld Orlando is the world's premiere marine adventure park with 200 acres of world-class shows, thrilling rides and unforgettable animal encounters.

More than 80 million visitors have explored the mysteries of the sea with up-close animal interactions and exhilarating thrills.

New state-of-the-art rides such as "Kraken" and "Journey To Atlantis" twist, turn, and drench guests with unprecedented thrills, while amazing animal encounters include killer whales, dolphins, sea lions, stingrays and more.

Guests may choose from nine restaurants, ranging from full-service to cafeteria-style. Also, the nightly "Makahiki Luau" dinner and show features traditional music, song, dance and food from the islands of Hawaii.

Tips for enjoying SeaWorld Orlando:

  1. Bring a waterproof camera to capture great action shots of kids in the "Shamu Soak Zone"!
  2. Don't miss Shamu's Happy Harbor, a three-acre play area. It's a kid's dream come true, complete with a four-story net climb and a great place for parents to relax in the shade!
  3. Hand-feed sea lions, dolphins and stingrays in various areas of the park. Check the feeding times when you arrive and plan to be in the area well in advance of when the feeder booths open.
  4. Look for Shamu & Crew characters from 9 a.m. to noon near Key West. Be sure to bring a notepad for autographs!
  5. Check out the daily question and answer session at the Penguin Encounter®. A penguin expert answers questions while feeding and interacting with the penguins inside the icy habitat. One lucky guest who answers a special question correctly will go behind the scenes and touch a real South Pole penguin!
  6. Try out the dozens of interactive work stations and computers located throughout the park. For example, kids can test their lung power against a walrus in Wild Arctic® or see how a manatee grinds its food at Manatees: The Last Generation?®
  7. Take your seat for the sea lion and otter show at least ten minutes before Clyde and Seamore take over Pirate Island. You won't want to miss the zany preshow antics!
  8. Temperatures in Orlando can get quite high - especially in the middle of the day. Plan to take in these "cool places" when the thermometer rises: Wild Arctic®, Penguin Encounter® and Nautilus Theater.
  9. Arrange to have lunch when one of the large animal shows is going on in the stadiums.  The restaurant lines are the shortest at this time.
